At You & Me Pediatrics, we believe high-quality care means more than a quick check-in. Too often, today’s insurance-based clinics are rushed and impersonal. Our Direct Primary Care model is different—we provide personalized, comprehensive care for a simple monthly fee. This approach gives families easy access to their doctor, with unrushed visits and no surprise costs.
In addition to memberships, we also offer specialty services that do not require a membership, including pediatric hypnotherapy, ADHD evaluations, consultations and other focused care. These services are designed to meet the unique needs of families seeking guidance and support in areas that are not provided through their current provider practice.

Meet Dr. Soylu
Lana Soylu, MD, FAAP
Hi, I’m Dr. Lana Soylu! I’m a board-certified pediatrician with over 20 years of experience providing high-quality, evidence-based care to families in the Tampa Bay area. My approach is rooted in listening closely, thinking holistically, and building strong relationships with the families I serve.
Since 2017, I’ve also incorporated pediatric hypnotherapy into my practice. This evidence-based technique has been a valuable addition—offering safe, effective options to help children manage anxiety, pain, and other challenges in a gentle, empowering way.
I’m committed to continuous learning andoffering the highest quality care that supports the whole family. I look forward to getting to know your family and walking beside you on your healthcare journey.

New patients Birth to 17 years and established patients until they turn 22.

Yes. We are strong proponents of vaccines and are more than happy to answer your questions and provide factual information; however if you still do not wish to vaccinate your child, it would be difficult to establish the trusting relationship we both deserve and we also must think about the health of our other patients.
